EMS is highly effective. Studies have shown that it is almost 20 times more intense than conventional strength training methods and 4x more effective than HIIT and high intensity weight training.
Water: Staying hydrated is crucial. Dehydration can impair performance, so drink water before your workout. Electrolyte Drinks: Drinks that contain electrolytes (like sodium and potassium) can help maintain hydration and muscle function, especially during intense workouts.

Machelle Buchel, owner of MyBodyUSA.com, is an avid sportswoman, adventurer and entrepreneur from South Africa, now residing in St Charles.
She competed in various Iron Man, Ultra Marathons and Cycle Tours, ran 42 marathons in 42 days for abused women and reached the summit of Kilimanjaro.
